Course Design
Territory Golf Club was designed by Fairways, Inc. and Ronald P. Bloom, Inc. The two companies have been collectively involved for more than 25 years in the design and construction of over 50 golf course projects.
The design concept was to maximize the natural dramatic contours of the area which alternates between sweeping open hills and valleys along with densely wooded forested acreage, each with significant frequency in water features.
The architecture included the use computer-aided design help to evaluate cut/fill areas as well as dimensional shaping, grading and survey. Special attention was provided in maintaining ecologically sensitive environmental areas.
