Territory Golf Club, St. Cloud, Minnesota Introduced

Tradition Golf, Edina, Minnesota, has announced the purchase of the golf course formerly known as The Fairways in St. Cloud, MN. The course name has been changed to “Territory Golf Club”.
Territory Golf Club, constructed in 2001 as Fairways GC, is a championship par-72 course measuring 6921 yards with picturesque topography including water features, sweeping elevation changes, tree-lined fairways and an overall challenging layout. Additionally, the course is highlighted with massive greens that average over 7000 square feet.
The course will receive noteworthy upgrades this fall and next spring, while the clubhouse will undergo significant renovations over the winter including a major modification of the 12,000 square foot clubhouse with transformation to a “Minnesota Lodge” style architecture. Additionally, service levels and amenity items will also be upgraded for the 2005 season. Further improvements are scheduled for future years.
Territory Golf Club will feature public daily-fee golf, golf outings, a creative menu of casual dining (in a new separate dining room with private deck), weddings, meetings and banquets.
“Our customers will be treated to a unique upscale-casual, but definitely not stuffy, golf and dining experience that has not yet been offered in the greater St. Cloud area” said Jake Enebak, CEO, Tradition Golf. “For those who have played any of our other courses, such as Legends Club, Prior Lake, MN, you can expect the same attention to course quality, detail, and maintenance as well as a higher degree of customer satisfaction for both daily fee golf and outings. All this combines to deliver what will be the premier golf experience in Central Minnesota.” Mr. Enebak concluded.
The course will open in the spring with $26 greens fees for Monday through Thursday and $32 greens fees for Friday/Saturday/Sunday. There will be a flexible schedule of Golf Outing opportunities.
